About this Event
Alzheimer's disease has many stages. A Medic*tion prescribed in the early stages may not be beneficial as the disease progresses. Additionally, new treatments continue to become available for patients.
How does one know when it’s time for a new treatment?
Is being involved in a research study the best option?
How can someone plan for different levels of care in different disease stages?
Join us on Friday, February 14th at noon as Christine Ritchie, MD presents “Exploring Treatment Options as Your Condition Changes.”
Dr. Ritchie is Director of Research for the Division of Palliative Care and Geriatric Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. She will be joined by a current research participant who will share their experience.
This program is part of the Massachusetts Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (MADRC) Talk With the Doc(tor) Series. It will be held via Zoom and registrants will receive the link to access the program via Eventbrite email.
