Join us for a group book study as we dive into the first two limbs: the yamas and the niyamas.
We’ll read and discuss Deborah Adele’s The Yamas & Niyamas: Exploring Yoga’s Ethical Practice as we familiarize ourselves with the universal moral codes or ways of living that Patanjali described through a modern-day lens.
