Finding our voice is essential to living an authentic life. In my experience, grief, trauma, abuse, and stress close down our voices. This makes it harder and harder to trust ourselves and to feel that we are of value in the world. I am a seeker. I have been working hard at uncovering and healing my own voice my entire life. In my experience, the voice is something which needs to be coaxed out again and again. The voice is something so personal, that it often is barely touched on, and stays hidden. Working with my voice continues to inspire and terrify me, but whenever I am brave enough to share with others, it always feels relevant and healing. I've been sharing my voice at our sound immersion meditations since 2012. What I have found to be true, is that it takes a dedication to open our voices.Your facilitator for this workshop is Sandra Katala. She has taken many courses in various "sound healing" modalities and is a Licensed Vibrational Sound Therapist as well as Board Certified Massage Therapist. This workshop is about finding your voice. I can only share what I myself have found to be beneficial. I was asked to do this workshop by others who want to unlock their voices. Here's some of what we'll explore in this 3 hour workshop:

- Collective Vocal toning as a Therapeutic modality
