Through interactive activities and discussions, students learn the vital roles rainforests play in supporting biodiversity, regulating climate, and sustaining life on our planet, while exploring reasons why it's crucial to protect these precious ecosystems for future generations.
Some of the guided activities:
- Discover your own carbon footprint and how you can limit your impact on the environment around you.
- Create a mini model of a rainforest as you learn how everything is connected in an ecosystem.
- Learn how scientists determine the biodiversity of a rainforest and conduct your own mapping to determine biodiversity of rainforests around the world.
Refund Policy:
Full refunds will be given if requested more than 7 days before the start date of your event.
Partial refunds (50% tuition) will be given if requested 7 days or less before the start date of your event.
