Learn the benefits of sound healing therapies with Kristine, a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner. Sound healing is one of many energy healing modalities used to promote deep relaxation bringing the body into harmony. The demonstration will include crystal bowls, brass bowls, tuning forks, drum, gong and our own voices to shift and uplift our energetic frequency. Please dress comfortably and feel free to bring a yoga mat as an alternative to our seating if you desire. Individuals with hearing aids or sensitivity to sound may choose to listen to the lecture portion and consider exiting during the demonstration of instruments.This program will take place in the Main Meeting Room at the Osterville Village Library on Sunday February 15th at 1pm.
