You’ll explore:
🔹 Intro to Sound Bowls – Learn how sound bowls work and why their vibrations can support relaxation and energetic balance at a high level. We’ll touch on types of bowls and how they’re used in sound practices.
🔹 Energetic Awareness – Discover how energy moves through and around the body, and how sound, breath, and simple intention can help shift what feels stuck or heavy.
🔹 Hands-On Practice – Try playing the bowls, experience giving and receiving sound in group or partner activities, and build confidence using sound intuitively.
🔹 Mini Sound Bath – We’ll end with a short, guided sound experience to help you relax deeply and integrate the energy of the session.
