The Whiskeys?
Your tasting flight will include five rare single malt whiskys of cast strength:

THE GLENLIVET SINGLE CASK: SQUADRON 70 - (62.5%)
Region: Speyside Cask 2363
The Glenlivet Single Cask: Squadron 70 was produced in honor of Captain John Gordon Smith Grant, a descendant of the distillery's founder. He was a pilot in the Royal Air Force who was injured during World War One and received care at a Canadian field hospital in France.
This limited edition whisky was aged for 8 years in American oak and made available only in Canada at select tasting events. There were under 300 bottles made ever.

ARDBEG UIGEADAIL - (54.2%)
Region: Islay American Oak and Oloroso Sherry Casks
Pronounced ‘Oog-a-dal’, it’s a special vatting that marries Ardbeg’s traditional deep, smoky notes with luscious, raisiny tones of old ex-Sherry casks. Ardbeg Uigeadail was voted by the 120,000+ strong Ardbeg Committee as their favourite Ardbeg.

BRUICHLADDICH 1994 GM - (56.2%)
Region: Islay Refill Sherry Cask (776 & 777)
This bottling from the Islay distillery joins the illustrious ranks of Gordon & MacPhail’s highly rated Cask Strength series. A genuinely small batch whisky, this single malt was drawn from just two refill sherry butts, numbers 776 and 777, which were filled with whisky on the 6th of October 1994 and bottled on the 4th of May 2016, giving this dram an age of 21 years.
Refill sherry works superbly at these ages, and so it proves with this dram, a lusciously creamy and spicy Bruichladdich, with delightful floral Laddie notes, and touches of warming tropical and dried fruits. The product of just two barrels, making bottles extremely limited.

BOWMORE DEVILS CASK - (56.7%)
Region: Islay First Fill Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry Casks
This limited edition offers powerful notes of orange peel, chocolate, dates, caramel, cedar, smoke and coffee. A must-have Scotch for fans of the Full-bodied and smoky taste tag.
When the folk of Bowmore formed an angry mob to chase the devil out of the church (which is of course round, offering him nowhere to hide), down the road and through the distillery, it was assumed that he must have made his escape in a cask heading to the mainland aboard the Maid of Islay. Some first fill Sherry casks at Bowmore make you wonder though, how can whisky be so devilishly delicious? This third and final Devil's Casks release uses both Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks for the first time.

TOMATIN 2006 - (60.0%)
Region: Highland Virgin Oak Cask
A vintage handbottled single malt from the Tomatin Distillery, drawn from Virgin Oak Casks which were laid down in January 2006 and opened up in 2015. This rare gem is known for it's Cask Strength range, and as such, this comes presented at a full-on 60% ABV.

Fun Fact: The Caledonian has whisky and malt bottles from many different years and you can drink a whisky of your birth year! If whisky is your thing or if you're looking for the perfect crash course into the liquid gold; this is the experience for you.
