This beginner-friendly series introduces you to the inner patterns and symbolic “life roles” that shape the way you think, respond, and move through the world. These patterns—often referred to as archetypes—appear in stories, films, myths, and everyday life, and learning how to recognize them brings clarity, emotional healing, and a deeper understanding of yourself. Lane guides you through each class in simple, relatable language, helping you see the stories you’ve been living and how to consciously shift them to create new outcomes in your life.
This program is ideal for anyone seeking healing, self-discovery, emotional growth, or deeper spiritual understanding. It is also an excellent tool for healers, coaches, intuitives, and energy practitioners who want to better support themselves and their clients. No prior experience is required.

Class 1 – What Are Archetypes? The Stories We Live By: February 20th
Learn what archetypes are and how they influence your emotions, motivations, and behaviors. Lane helps you identify the patterns in your favorite stories—and in yourself—through simple, guided reflection.
Class 2 – The Four Survival Patterns: March 20th
Explore four universal patterns that emerge under stress: the Child, Victim, Saboteur, and Prostitute (explained gently and respectfully). Learn how they protect you and where they may hold you back. Includes guided journaling for real-life insight.
Class 3 – Light and Shadow: The Two Sides of Every Pattern: April 17th
Understand how each pattern has an empowered expression and a reactive expression. Learn how to work with both for healing and growth. Includes a partner activity to experience these patterns firsthand.
Class 4 – The 12 Common Life Roles: May 22nd
Discover the most common archetypal roles—Creator, Caregiver, Warrior, Magician, Lover, Rebel, and more. Learn how they influence your personality, relationships, career choices, and spiritual development.
Class 5 – Working With Personal Patterns for Healing: June 19
Learn practical tools for shifting patterns through journaling, meditation, energy work, and inner dialogue. Experience a guided visualization to meet a supportive archetype guide.
Optional Class 6 – Creating Your Personal Archetype Map: July 17th
Pull everything together by identifying your core life archetypes and learning how to use them intentionally for direction, balance, and transformation. Includes a ritual or creative art activity.
