In this workshop, we’ll explore nature through watercolor using fundamental watercolor techniques. First, we’ll practice an essential watercolor skill to create a gradient blue background for our sky. Then we’ll use an opaque medium to create pink/white magnolia buds and branches over our background. We will also practice lifting paint off fall leaf renderings to reveal the beautiful transparency of watercolor.
