
About this Event
In this experience, students will use scientific and engineering practices to explore the real world applications of genetic engineering and biomedical engineering. Participants will perform student-driven experiments to transform organisms and repair fractured bones, while maintaining a lab notebook of their discoveries.
Registration will close on May 16th or once we reach capacity.
Eligibility and Tuition:
- Eligible to rising 9th-10th graders
- No prerequisites necessary
- $250 tuition is due in full upon registration. Tuition also includes a daily snack and a t-shirt.
Refund policy:
- Full refund (minus processing fees)- up to thirty (30) days prior to the program start date
- Partial refund - up to fourteen (14) days prior to the program start date
- No refund – less than fourteen (14) days prior to the program start date
Prior to registering, please review our Lab Safety Contract, Waiver, Release/Emergency Contact and Media Release froms. All forms must be signed during checkout in order for students to attend.
