Exploration trip to Matrouh Caves - First trip of the season ?A three-day camping trip to the nearest point to the caves of Sidi Barani with water, electricity, and mobile network facilities.
The trip includes meals, transportation, and camping locations with your own camping tools⛺?
?The exploration trip is once a year with less than 12 participants, and the cost is non-profitable and different from other cave trips because it involves selecting destinations, timing of visits, and duration based on the exploration trip.
?Travel from Cairo on Thursday evening, May 16th - Abbasia Square in front of Egypt Tower for Tourism. From Alexandria on Friday morning, May 17th - 21 Al Agami Square at the beginning of the coast.
First day of the trip:
-Arrival in El Dabaa city and Heading Jabal Jabir boat and reach the beach for photography.
- After visiting and taking photos, we will move to Ras El Hekma by bus, have breakfast.?️
-At the end of the day, we will head to Marsa Matrouh for dinner and camping near the beach.
- The itinerary for the day and places will be arranged based on everyone's decision.
Second day:
-Wake up early for breakfast then head to Aghiba Plateau for photography followed by Laguna Beach for swimming.
- We will then move to White Rock (Aqir Al Khadem) before returning to camp for dinner and camping.
Third day :
- Wake up before sunrise and head to explore caves for photography.
- Return for breakfast either inside or outside a cave. ?
- Spend the whole day exploring caves and choose an order.
In the afternoon return to chalet for lunch then visit Matrouh market for a two-hour free tour before gathering at a specific time to head back to Cairo.
The cost : 3250 EGP from Cairo or Alexandria.
*If there are fewer than three people from Alexandria they can travel by private car with an admin or regular transportation meeting with rest of group in El Dabaa.
*Suitable for everyone but preferable for those who have previous exploration experience.
*It is normal to change or add or remove any destinations during the trip.
