About this Event
Why do people who care deeply about one another still feel misunderstood? Why do familiar conflicts repeat—even when intentions are good?
In this live, in-person workshop, we’ll explore how instinctual patterns around safety, connection, and vitality quietly—and often unconsciously—shape how we relate to one another. These patterns frequently operate beneath personality and values, yet strongly influence how we react, interpret others, and respond in moments of tension.
Using the metaphor of The House of Three Rooms, participants will be guided to notice how instinctual priorities shape everyday choices, relational dynamics, and patterns of misunderstanding—especially under stress.
Through teaching, reflection, and experiential practices, participants will:
- recognize instinctual differences in themselves and others
- understand how these differences contribute to recurring relational challenges
- practice meeting relational moments with greater awareness, compassion, and presence
This workshop is open to both beginners and returning students and does not require prior knowledge of the Enneagram or the instincts.
No prior Enneagram experience is needed.
This workshop is offered in person and emphasizes embodied learning, reflection, and authentic connection.
