-Earth Grounding Meditation with drumming
-Intro to the Red Thread and circle of connection
-quick review of 5 aspects of Music Medicine Wheel
-4-5 min. Metacognitive drawing process exploring a personal inquiry through wordless coherency while listening to guided music.
-Reflection time, group sharing
-Exploring ourselves as the musical instrument as we find our own rhythm and melody within the circle, leading up to group harmony
-Closing Circle
