Exploring Econ in Entertainment: Taylor Swift, the NFL & More
Thursday, October 24, 2024<h4>Workshop Hours: 9 am to 4 pm</h4><h4>Breakfast Served at 8:30</h4><h4>Location: Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City</h4>
These workshops offer:
- $50 Amazon Gift Card Stipend from FEE
- Graduate Credit from Wichita State for those who qualify
- Meals (breakfast/lunch) and snacks
- Hands-on, standards-based lesson plans and supplemental materials

- Kansas City Music by the Numbers
- Swifteconomics: The Economics of Taylor Swift
- Econ 101: Taylor's Version (NEW Economics Workbook and Activities)
- Guest Speaker from the Music Industry
- Broadway Economics
- Integrating Music into Economics
- Sports Economics: To Build or Not to Build
Your $20 registration fee will be refunded in full on-site upon completion of the workshop. Graduate credit is available from WSU for $75 for one credit hour (additional work outside the workshop will be necessary to complete credit requirement).
Attendance is limited to the first 50 paid attendees, so register online today! Final registration deadline: October 15 or when all seats are filled.
