Core desires: the feelings that make sex worth having.
We have sex for so many different reasons, but at the core, we all want to feel something. Loved, wanted, used, cared for, connected, alive, exposed, taken, naughty, free, the list goes on. Uncovering these feelings in ourselves empowers us to find deeper pleasure and connection in our sex and relationships.
Join us for a somatic and experiential workshop where we explore our core desires and learn how they can be used to experience greater intimacy. In an inclusive, non-judgemental, and fully clothed environment participants will explore and unearth our core desires and learn tools on how to integrate these into our sex and relationships. Participants can expect exercises to get us out of our heads and into our bodies, fun and playful engagement in small groups, connection, vulnerability, and exploration.
About the facilitator: the workshop will be facilitated by somatic and experiential Sex & Relationship Coach, Sam Charles. Sam envisions a world where our relationships are free to expand beyond societal norms, where we deserve to be celebrated for being our most authentic selves, and where relationships can be fun, pleasurable, and conflicts can be navigated with ease and trust. Sam is trained in the Somatica® Method and sees individuals, couples, and polycules in office in Boulder, CO and worldwide, virtually.
