Exploring Cooking with Venison: Snack Stick Making (SE OH)

Outdoor enthusiasts of all ages interested in learning the basics of making venison snack sticks are encouraged to attend a free class provided by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Division of Wildlife on October 14th 2025 at 6 pm.
Instructors will cover topics including general equipment needed, and the techniques involved in making delicious venison snack sticks. All equipment will be provided. Participants are asked to not bring outside equipment or venison. There will be plenty to sample! Spaces are limited and registration is required.
