Exploring Cooking with Venison: Jerky Making (Central OH)

Instructors will cover topics including safety, general equipment needed, and the techniques involved in making delicious venison jerky. This class will cover the basics of creating venison jerky safely. All equipment will be provided including venison, spices, and smokers. Participants are asked to not bring outside equipment or venison. There will be plenty to sample!
Attendees should meet at the Delaware Shooting Range and Education Center at 1110 SR 229, Ashley, OH 43003.
The entire class will take place indoors. Please dress accordingly.
