Exploring Cooking with Panfish: No Fry Zone (NE OH)

Come join the Division of Wildlife to celebrate the start of spring with a culinary class showcasing how to cook panfish. This class will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at the Ohio Division of Wildlife District Three Office at 912 Portage Lakes Drive, Akron, OH 44319 from 6 pm to 8:30 pm.
This class will cover the basics of cooking with panfish with a focus on healthier recipe that do not require deep frying! The class is free, but registration is required and spaces are limited. All equipment will be provided.
