Our friendly and relaxed weekly sessions offer a chance to explore a variety of mediation techniques, to discuss the reasoning and logic behind Buddhist philosophy, and what benefits can be derived, in the modern world, for ourselves and others. The 2500 year old teachings of the Buddha have stood a remarkable test of time, and are of the most benefit in challenging times, such as that which our society regularly faces presently.
Become more aware, resourceful, relaxed, calm and in control, all by becoming familiar with the functions of your own mind.
Suggested donations between £5-£10 if you can afford please.
We have a range of of excellent books available also, courtesy of The Lama Yeshe Wisdom Archive, who follow the lineage associated with The Dalai Lama.
The books are donations based also, but cost us the delivery from the US, so we appreciate help to keep bringing this service to others, again, if you can afford it.
If you struggle to afford either attendance or a book, please do not worry, they are both our gift to you. Wellbeing must be accessible to all.
