About this Event
Exploring Books is a friendly and supportive, tutor led, group with about 15 members. We like to make room for all voices (but no pressure!). We discuss each book over 2 classes and find plenty to say.
This term the books are: The Night Watchman by Louise Erdrich, Gilead by Marilynne Robinson, Celestial Bodies by Jokha Alharthi and The Island of Missing Trees by Elif Shafak. Plus a short story.
We meet on Fridays 10.30 to 12.30 at Central Library starting on October 7th for 9 weeks. The fee for the term is £55 to cover tutor and room hire.
