Format

We know that to truly inform and inspire students, their interest needs to be engaged. Therefore, all exhibitor booths are requested to include an interactive component to their booth. Not only will this draw people to speak to you, it will also help them remember what you say, create a positive association with your message, and have them talking about their experience to other friends and family. Be sure to describe your interaction component in your registration so that we can ensure any hazards to other attendees are properly managed or avoided upfront.

If you need ideas on how to design an impactful booth; or want to stand out and show leadership through sponsorship, don't hesitate to get in touch with the BEP team at [email protected]

We know parking at the Cambridge venue has been an issue in the past. We have reserved parking at the Hamilton Family Theatre for this year's event.

Exhibitor registration will close on September 30th or when sold out. Spaces are limited. Register now to save your space and make a difference for young people in our community!
