Join Dr. Adrian on a deep dive into the ancient wisdom of the Chakra System!

Increase your awareness around negative patterns or energetic blocks that might be keeping you from being your best, by joining us as we explore the seven major energy centers that help us manifest what is present in our lives.

In this workshop we will start with reviewing the unique attributes of the seven major chakras and how they contribute to your overall wellbeing. We will explore the current state of your personal chakra system using a variety of techniques, including meditation and personal reflection, to help us get a picture of where you are currently at energetically. We will finish up by sharing a few different tools you can use on your own to tap into the ancient wisdom of your chakra system. By the end of this workshop you will have raised your personal awareness around your chakra system and be on your way to creating a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

The cost of this course includes a copy of Dr. Adrian’s 240+page workbook “Explore Your Chakra System”, ($30 value) which includes:

• An overview of the Energetic Body, including the aura and seven major chakras.
• Information on the different types of Chakra dysfunction, how they occur, and how to work with them in a multi-dimensional way.

Dr. Adrian Campbell is an Intuitive Life Coach, Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master, Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher, Lumerian Crystal Healer, Independent Research Scholar, and U.S. Coast Guard Veteran. She has Undergraduate and Graduate degrees in Electrical Science and Psychology, and a Doctorate in Depth Psychology with Somatic emphasis from Pacifica Graduate Institute.

Each session with Dr. Adrian is uniquely crafted to the individual and can include elements of Jungian based Life Coaching, Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, Dream Analysis, Intuitive Aura Readings, and more.
