This retreat is an opportunity to dive deeply into poetry writing, connection with self, and exploration through various types of writing prompts. All levels of experience are welcome. Whether you've never written a poem or you write them daily, your presence is valued. Facilitator, Meg Judge of Goodness Gracious Coaching, will walk you through writing poetry using different types of prompts, followed by expansive time to write. After each prompt explanation and writing section, there will be an optional opportunity to share your progress with the group.
This retreat is focused on connecting with yourself through writing. The pace will be slow and restful in a cozy small group environment.
