Whatever brings you to the table, plan to join us on our expedition to Explore the World of Canadian Whisky with J.P. Wiser’s Global Ambassador Dave Mitton. Dave will guide us through the history of Canadian whisky, including how John Philip Wiser, an American, moved to Canada to start making this exceptional spirit. He’ll also take us on a virtual visit to the Hiram Walker Distillery, highlighting some of the most unique barrels known to the world of whisky and showing us how it’s stored, aged and eventually blended to make Canadian whisky. For the whisky aficionados in the group, he’ll even talk about how the rules and regulations differ from American whiskey, the blending process, taste profiles, distillation techniques and the sourcing of raw materials.
And let’s not forget the best part! Guests will taste various expressions of Canadian whisky as Dave shares the best ways to enjoy them.
