Join Casa de España for an informal evening of star gazing and planet-watching on March 22nd, 2025 from 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm at Government Canyon State Park. Explore the night sky with the San Antonio Astronomical Association. We’ll be viewing many constellations and planets and we will learning about them. We hope to see Venus, Mars and Jupiter. We’ll also look for star clusters, nebula, and much more. Learn the basics of telescope operation, and enjoy the sights from one of the 6 telescopes the SAAA will have for us to use. Dress accordingly for the weather. Bring water, portable chairs, insect repellent, and a snack if you'd like. Open to all ages; participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. No pets please. Free pass if you participate in this event.
