
About this Event
The Great Dixter estate is the former home of well-known garden writer Christopher Llyod. Mil Hurley was very fortunate to be chosen for a gardening class at this famed garden. She will recount her wonderful experience with beautiful photographs and share some of the valuable gardening knowledge she collected.
The program will be in the Reception Room of the War Memorial.
Lecture is free to current Garden Center members, $10 for non-members.

About Mil
Mil Hurley is owner and head gardener with A Southern Gardener for 30 years now!
Her fellow gardeners are all women and she offers garden design, installation,
maintenance and garden consultations.
She also was Host of the War Memorial’s TV show Pointes of Horticulture for 17 years
