During the tasting, participants will:
Learn about different styles of cheese.

You will receive:
4 Pennsylvania sheep, goat, and cow cheeses of different styles
A cheese and charcuterie board to prime the palate
Rye sourdough crackers and mineral water to cleanse the palate
All Central Wedge classes are BYOB. Can't make October 3rd? There are repeats of the class on Tuesday, November 5th and Friday, November 28 (Black Friday).
