learn the fundamentals of map reading and compass navigation techniques required to start exploring the great outdoors.

Navigation Skills is also the perfect refresher if you have previous experience and need to sharpen your knowledge and skills before venturing into more challenging terrain or training.
The Explore Navigation Skills one day course is guided by Ged Lawless, a qualified and experienced Mountain Leader (ML) and is held outdoors in the Brecon Beacons National Park, Bannau Brycheiniog, Wales.
Please Note as this is a course in map reading and compass skills, dogs are not allowed
