Explore Natural Martin Seasonal Birding Series: Indian River Lagoon

Join us for Explore Natural Martin’s Seasonal Birding Series, a birding adventure designed for all levels of birders! Running through April, this series showcases a variety of Florida’s unique ecosystems, each home to an exciting mix of resident and migratory birds. Whether you’re adding new species to your life list or simply enjoying the thrill of a birding adventure, this series offers the perfect opportunity to connect with nature and experience the best of birding in Martin County.

January's program will feature the Indian River Lagoon at Indian Riverside Park in Jensen Beach. Here we will see and learn about sea and shorebirds that you will often see in our estuary. Don't miss out!

DETAILS

FREE program, but reservations are required

This program will begin at 9:00am and last until approximately 10:30am

This program will involve walking less than a mile on natural and hard surfaces.

Please wear appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear

Bring water, sunscreen, and bug spray

Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult

No pets

All participants will be required to sign waivers that will be provided at the start of the program
