In this workshops you'll:
• Discover how to use some of The Principles I've developed to pause & notice the state of your stress physiology, and how to tell when you're caught in your survival patterns and conditioning
• Deepen your own awareness around your nervous system programming, what's entangled in your patterns and WHY they keep showing up again and again
• You'll discover how to support your nervous system to rewire and work with these patterns in a way that creates space, choice, and impactful, cellular, longterm change
• Learn how to explore from a place of wholeness and with grace, allowing you to live with more integrity and in more flow, instead of constantly trying find "the answer" and fix what you perceive to be "wrong" with you
With over 15 years of experience, Nicole support others in exploring the patterns and conditioning that shape their lives. Rooted in Somatic Experiencing® and Feldenkrais, her work blends science and the spiritual—guiding transformation at both cellular and energetic levels.
She invite people to move out of survival, restore regulation within their nervous systems, and remember themselves as whole, sovereign beings. Her approach is intuitive, awareness-based, and grounded in walking this path alongside those she work with.
