Students ages 15–18 are invited to join us for an exciting, hands-on day of STEM exploration focused on coastal restoration. This one-day camp is packed with engaging activities that introduce the essential skills used by scientists working to protect and restore our coastlines.Throughout the day, students will:
-Learn to fly a drone and explore its role in environmental monitoring
-Seine for fish and practice fish identification techniques
-Take a guided plant walk to learn how to identify native coastal plant species
-Try their hand at soldering and gain an introduction to basic electronics
