1. Is this a training/networking event or does it exclusively offer one-to-one business consultation?
A: This is an opportunity to meet with a business adviser in a one-to-one, in person meeting.
2. Q: Is this event free?
A: Yes, these business 1-2-1 sessions are free for SMEs based in the Shropshire Council area.
3. Q: What if I register and can't attend.
A: If you are unable to attend, we kindly request 72 hours' notice. Please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite to allow others to take your place.
4. Q: What if I am based outside of Shropshire council area and want to attend?
A: This event is fully funded and free to businesses based in the Shropshire Council area only.
(Please note bookings from outside of this area cannot be accepted and will automatically be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding)

5. Will I receive an email reminder for this appointment?
A: You will receive a reminder for this booking via Eventbrite. Please do make a note of your chosen time slot when booking, as this information is not included in the Eventbrite email.
6 . Do I need to take any further action after booking?
A : Once you have booked your place you will receive an email with a business 1-2-1 form attached, you will need to complete page 1 & 2 and return it to us within 72 hours.

Terms and Conditions of Booking:
This event is fully funded and free to businesses based in the Shropshire Council area.
We appreciate that sometimes there are good reasons why businesses are unable to attend events, however if you are no longer able to turn up, please cancel your ticket through Eventbrite.
We require 48 hours cancellation notice prior to the event (in order for us to offer your space to another business)
Please note that if you do not attend without letting us know, we reserve the right to decline your bookings for future sessions.
