Anna Pollard, LICSW
Anna has been the Director of Clinical Services at LifeCare Advocates since 2015 and has over 30 years of experience supporting older adults in community health and hospital settings. She is an Advanced Professional member of the Aging Life Care Association and is active in several organizations dedicated to caregiving and elder support.
Tammy Pozerycki, BC-DEd, MA, CADDCT, CFRDT, CDP, COTP
Tammy is a thought leader in dementia care with 25 years of experience working with individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias, their families, and healthcare professionals. She is a licensed social worker and holds multiple credentials, including Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer, Certified First Responder Dementia Trainer, and Certified Online Training Professional.
Julie McMurray
Julie is a Senior Manager of Community Engagement at the Alzheimer’s Association, Massachusetts and New Hampshire Chapter, where she works to raise awareness, provide education, and connect families to vital resources. She collaborates with community partners to advance the Association’s mission and support those impacted by Alzheimer’s and other dementias.
