Seminar Description
This seminar helps business owners get a grip on their business with EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System). EOS is a complete system of simple tools that help businesses get aligned on their vision, gain traction to achieve that vision, and work together as a healthy, functional team. Attendees will learn the tools and disciplines used in EOS to strengthen six key components of a business: Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction.
Seminar Objectives
In this talk, attendees will leave looking at their business in a different way - through a simpler lens - and with practical tools to get more done and gain traction in their business. This talk is geared towards business owners, the c-suite, and HR managers, but anyone is welcome to attend!

Marie Candelora is an EOS Implementer with 15+ years in leadership, including time as COO where she led through an operational transformation. Now she helps entrepreneurs eliminate chaos, solve people problems, and go from surviving their success to scaling it.
