About this Event

Book a free 45 minute in-person 121 coaching session with Lyndsey Clay, Entrepreneur Wellbeing Coach and Founder of Connected Brighton, who has been coaching entrepreneurs and small businesses for the past couple of years.

Choose from a selection of dates and times to suit you. Once you've registered, we'll pass on your details (name and email address) to Lyndsey, who might contact you with a couple of questions prior to your session with her.

The 121 sessions will be held at the BIPC on the upper floor of Jubilee Library in Brighton. On your arrival, please head to the upper floor via the stairs or lift. If you can't make the session, please cancel your booking on Eventbrite or send email to [email protected].

Expert biography

Lyndsey Clay, Entrepreneur Wellbeing Coach and Founder of Connected Brighton - The social network creating lasting personal and professional connections through events that support local businesses.

Lyndsey is also a winner of the RWC Entrepreneur of The Year 2022, a Qualified Coach, Networking Champion, Social Concierge and Radio Host.

Lyndsey qualified in Performance Coaching with The Coaching Academy and quickly began coaching entrepreneurs and small businesses part time. As well as using her skills as a Chief of Staff within the energy industry, and as Head of Corporate Planning and Performance for a Government Regulator she has also applied her coaching to her own social events business born in lockdown.

In less than 6 months she created a recognised brand with 3000 social media followers, 700 subscribers and 50 members joining her events platform designed to connect people while supporting local businesses.

Brighton born and bred she is a passionate champion of the city and a Visit Brighton partner.

All our expert one-to-one meetings on offer are free, but places are limited as our business expert partners are giving their valuable time to the BIPC and to you for free while fitting these sessions into their busy schedule. Therefore, if you need to cancel the session, to give a chance for others to still book it, please give at least two working days’ notice when possible via:

  • email/call to the business expert.

What is your cancellation policy?

The majority of our events are free, but places are often limited - especially for in-person events, therefore please make sure you cancel your place, if you are unable to attend. You can cancel through your Eventbrite booking or emailing [email protected].

Can I attend if I'm not a member of the library?

Absolutely! Any Sussex based business/ person with a business idea is welcome. Though we always recommend joining the library as it's free and will make accessing our databases, books and publications much easier.
