That’s why Jordan Mower, owner & founder of UnBarred Brewery and Andy Parker, owner & founder of Elusive Brewing teamed up with the yeast legends at Lallemand Brewing to create Experiments in Yeast — four beers brewed exactly the same, except for one thing: the yeast.
Join us for a guided tasting where you’ll explore how yeast transforms a pint — from subtle aroma shifts to bold flavour changes. One ingredient, endless impact.
We'll also have the beers available to take away, for you to enjoy or to wow your friends!
To add to the fun, friend of Two Tails, Paul Newton, will be coming along to record the session for his Beer Prime podcast.
