🌱WHY
Change is one of the few constants in life. Sometimes it arrives suddenly, shaking our ground; other times it creeps in quietly, almost unnoticed.
With the summer period coming to an end, I feel the invitation to slow down and tune into the transitions that I feel are happening within in me, in my relationships and work situation.
Transitions can feel uncomfortable because they open us to uncertainty. Yet uncertainty is also the space where growth, creativity, and renewal are born.
How do we navigate these periods with more clarity, support, and authenticity?
🌱WHAT, WHEN, HOW
In this workshop, we will pause and reflect on the ways we meet change - the fears and resistances, the hidden gifts, and the resources that help us move through transitions with more ease and trust.
Through a blend of Authentic Relating practices, relational games, movement, music, introspection and group sharing, we’ll create a playful and supportive space to:
✨ Connect with yourself - noticing how change lives in your body, thoughts, and emotions.
✨ Share and listen deeply - realizing you are not alone in your transitions.
✨ Discover new resources - within yourself and through connection with others.
✨ Experiment with practical tools you can bring into your daily life.

⏰Time: 16:30 – 19:30 (with a short break)
📍Location: Florence, Via dei Frati Bigi 1
🌍 Language: English (with Italian translation, when and if needed)
This is not a lecture, but an experiential journey — a chance to practice, play, and grow together. No previous experience is required, just curiosity and a willingness to participate..
🌱INTEGRATION

--> Two weeks after the workshop, there will be a follow-up session (online or in-person) to check in, share insights, and continue the exploration.2° meeting (follow-up): Thursday 2 October (tbc, 1h30)
--> Two weeks after the follow-up, we will round up this thematic exploration with a closing session (online or in-person) to celebrate the learnings and each other.
3° meeting (closing session): Thursday 16 October (tbc, 1h30).
