Grief Yoga welcomes every body whether you participate from a chair, standing, or on your mat, and many people who practice are new to yoga. Through gentle movement, breath, and sound, you’ll find pathways to release the weight of loss, soften the freeze of grief, and reconnect with a sense of love and empowerment. This is your time to imagine, to feel, and to begin healing surrounded by care and understanding.
