Facilitator: Sudheer P.Niet (co-creator of the training, member of Osho International Resort management board) In this part you will learn several meditation techniques from the Book of Secrets.
You will learn how to use the techniques for yourself, to enter a meditative space during your daily activities – to enter a state of presence, in which you are no longer identified with the constant chatter of the mind.
This chatter of the mind is usually not very happy chatter and creates unhappiness, stress and often fear.
To be able to dis-identify from the inner talk gives you a new freedom to choose happiness!
You will also learn:
* to facilitate these meditation techniques and guide someone to experience the technique.
* some NLP and hypnotic language,
* how to use your voice and
* how to create a meditative environment
* which music to use
* which points in the technique to be especially aware of, which words to emphasize and how to use silence.
Techniques we will practice include:
* Fill Your Heart with Peace
* Absorb the Senses into the Heart
* Include Everything in Your Being
* Feel the Gap between two Breaths
Those who have completed the training will receive an international certificate.
