Naad is the essence of all sound.
This practice of self-created sound, pranayama meditation and sound bath takes sound healing to another level.
You will wake the energetic body and nervous system with a short breathing practice which will help you deeply relax to the sacred healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gong and other instruments allowing your body to fully reset and rejuvenate.
Directions: Building is Grand River Financial Partners, second floor yoga studio space.

Natalie Courtney is a Transformative Wellness Practitioner. She integrates breath-work, meditation, kundalini yoga and sound healing into her classes and private sessions. Natalie aims to support clients in achieving holistic wellness, transforming their lives on emotional, mental, physical and spiritual levels.
Natalie is an E-RYT 500 Hatha teacher, Kundalini teacher and a Certified Sound Practitioner. She is also a continuing education provider with Yoga Alliance.
