Experience meditation: An Introduction 4 part monthly series with Claire

Explore various types of meditation in this introduction to meditation series. Each session focuses on a different type of meditation: Mindfulness Meditation, Loving Kindness Meditation, Movement Meditation and Breathwork Meditation. There will be guided and unguided meditations. Participants will walk away knowing about the type of meditation they experienced and the philosophy, science, and traditions behind it. At the end of each class, we will have a chance to share experiences or questions participants might have about meditation. Try one or all four!
