Are you ready to experience life intentionally and live the life you've always dreamed of living? You're invited to invest in yourself, to practice self-care, and to make a plan to make your dream life your real life! Join us for a day of reflection, goal-setting, movement, manifestation, guided mediation, a sound bath, delicious food, and a vision board workshop.
The Experience Life Intentionally Workshop will be held at the Granite City Event Center in Folsom on Saturday, May 4th from 9 am - 5 pm.
At the Experience Life Intentionally Workshop you will:
- Conduct a Personal Energy Audit to determine the current state of your body, emotions, mind, and spirit. Use the results of the audit as we walk you through a series of guided reflection questions.
- Define your core values.
- Participate in a planning and goal setting process that will help you articulate what your dream life, and more specifically the rest of 2024, looks like.
- Create a strategic plan inclusive of goals and actions to make 2024 your best year yet.
- Curate a vision board that reflects the life (and 2024!) you dream of living.
