Workshop: History and Myths of the Classical Greek Lyre

Enjoy a hands-on experience with a reconstruction of an ancient Greek lyre. Join Luthieros—musicians, luthiers, and Greek scholars—as they bring to life the intriguing history and mythology of the classical Greek lyre.

Immerse yourself in the ancient melodies that shaped classical Greece. Join Theodore Koumartzis and Marios Podaras as they perform some of Greece’s oldest compositions on the lyre, pandura, and violin.

Join Luthieros for another enchanting performance about the hidden musical secrets of the classical Greek era, featuring ancient and contemporary compositions.
