AUM is an intense, dynamic, emotional practice that gives you an opportunity to express your emotions and feelings through the movement. It is a meditation practice where you can release your emotions, awaken the inner energy and shake off the stress.
AUM consists 13 stages, with each stage you are invited to explore different emotions through dancing, exercise, role-play and expression.
The purpose of this process is to release suppressed feelings and stress, and reconnect to your inner self, to that child inside of you. In our sessions, you'll explore all your feelings through 13 stages:
Start by letting go of any built-up anger .
Then, forgive others.
This opens the door to feeling and sharing love .
With this love, you'll feel inspired to push past your limits .
Take a moment to shake off any remaining tension.
Let yourself be free and enjoy the moment.
You will laugh, cry, and dance !
At the end, find peace and quiet in your mind with AUM mantra� and meditation .

How does it work? The AUM is based on the understanding that in order to be silent, the Western mind first needs to get rid of tension and stress. It is a highly active and interactive meditation that takes you on a rollercoaster ride into yourself. The stages consist of bio-energetic exercises, emotional release, dance, meditation, and various ways of meeting. Along the way, your co-meditators become mirrors in which you can see yourself clearly. You will move from one extreme to another (e.g. from crying to laughing and from negativity to positivity), to come finally to a deep inner silence. Then you are ready to meet each other with an open loving heart.
