About this Event
Personal note from Dr. Dan Singley and the Center for Men's Excellence:
This is not your ordinary parenting class... It is made specifically for expectant dads and covers important hands-on baby skills, important tips to get you prepared for the birth, topics on keeping your relationship with your partner strong throughout the transition to parenthood, and important self-care that often gets overlooked by new fathers.
We are particularly proud to report that the dads who participate in this class come away from the class energized and very grateful that they took the time to attend. If you take one class to prep for your early fatherhood experience, this should be it!
*****************************
Expectant fathers enjoy an informal, skills based class that provides practical information and a real boost of confidence about handling the baby's impending arrival.
Participants connect with other expectant dads, and also have the opportunity to talk with a “veteran dad” who has been through the class and brings his infant with him to the class. Dads-to-be get to hear directly from the new dad about his experience—and observe diapering, swaddling, soothing, and burping the baby.
“The class gave me really useful information in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. I recommend it for all new dads.” - Tom, Software Engineer and Father of Twin Girls, San Diego, CA
