Expansive Breathwork for Ambitious Women

Join us in October for an Expansive Breathwork for Ambitious Women Group on Wednesday October 22, from 5:30-7:30pm at The Founder’s Hub in downtown Boston, led by breathwork facilitator Kelsey Rudzinsky.

Breathwork is a powerful, science-backed practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to release stress, access clarity, and reconnect with your inner strength. It’s a way to move energy through the body, calm the nervous system, and tap into a deeper sense of presence—no fancy equipment or prior experience required.

People often describe feeling lighter, more grounded, or even creatively unblocked after a session. Whether you're managing the demands of business or simply seeking a new tool for emotional and mental wellbeing, breathwork can help you pause, process, and realign.

All you need to bring is an open mind and a willingness to explore—you might be surprised what opens up for you.

No prior experience is necessary. Wear comfortable attire and feel free to bring anything that will help you relax.

Bring your mat, a journal, and a water bottle, if you'll want one (we also have water/refreshments at the space you can have).
