Hi, I know it's been a while.I've been digesting, mulching, distilling.

I'm so excited about this new project because it feels so aligned to who I am.I am a therapist... and a dancer, and a trickster, and wilderness is where I feel at home.

Belts are tightened, funding stripped down, waiting lists lengthening, and need for support seems to be increasing exponentially - here is an invitation to be creative.

My mission is to support your expansion; this is two fold; you to be more whole, and your repertoire to be broader.

Wait there's another aspect - loosen up, smile, have fun, play.

I see pressure all over the place, in my clients, friends, culture, we live within an advanced capitalist system that tends to want more for less.

Let's relieve some of that pressure, relax that nervous system.

That's why this is not about needing something else, it's about being more you.

I believe that more you is a good thing, and that being as fully present as you can be with your clients is the work!

Do you deal with the complexity of people and their life challenges?

We are going to work with you to expand the range of possibilities, and to bring new aspects of yourselves into awareness. When we have more of ourselves available - personally and professionally - we can engage with a broader perspective.
The aim is to integrate Mind, Body, Heart, and Soul.

This work is based on Integral Theory, Trauma Informed Practices, Embodiment & Somatic Theory and Relational therapy approach.

The Taster Menu - 13th September
Movement - 15th November
Touch - 17th January 2026
Play - 28th February 2026
Wildness - 18th April 2026
Each day will be a combination of experiential activities to bring the topics into your embodied awareness.
We will form as a group and create safety, support each other to touch our edges and expand what we are comfortable with / what we can hold. As well as direct personal enrichment there will also be specific intention to bring these skills into client work.

Info: Firstly into movement - as simple as standing up. We will take you on a journey of exploration.
Then taking this movement towards the other - this doesn't need to be physical, we touch our clients hearts all the time.
Energy is created in the connection and it becomes playful, lyrical, creative.
And if you follow these threads something else can emerge, where the form slips and we step off the map, into wild territories.

We will equip you to bring movement in when your client needs something to change.

How to support a client when they're looking for comfort?
We will explore creative ways to meet your client and if touch is appropriate.

How do you bring energy and creativity into that meeting?
Let’s find your way to access free child, playfulness, imagination and laughter.

How do we take it out of the box?
Stepping off the path and into the forest, where the wild things live (but remember not to give the child the keys to the bus.)

I hope that's captured your curiosity and you're feeling that beautiful edge between excitement and nausea. It's the edge where the magic happens.

1. You don't need to do anything; I won't make you dance, caress, or frolic (unless you want to.)
2. Sometimes the edge is in the imagination, the suggestion gives enough to work with.
