About this Event
Welcome to Expand!
Come join us for a transformative day where we’ll redefine boundaries not as walls that confine, but as bridges that connect you to your truest, most empowered self.
Do you struggle with balance in your work, life or relationships? Do you over-give, over-commit or hold back your authentic expression for the sake of keeping the peace? Do you feel resentful or angry because you're drained and exhausted with the status quo? Is it easy for you to say "no" or do you find yourself saying yes instead, apologizing or over-explaining when you think you'll upset or hurt someone? Or do you express your "no" with such force it causes unwanted ruptures in important relationships? Then this boundaries workshop is for you!
At Expand, you'll learn to identify when you need to set a boundary and what kind of boundary to set. You'll learn pratical tips, experience mindful self-connection through somatic embodiment practices and meet other women interested in becoming empowered and authentic. You'll reclaim your life force, time and energy from places that drain you. You'll learn how to set boundaries that respect and connect - or clearly define - relationships that are important to you.
Your registration includes:
Community Connection
Powerful Somatic Explorations
Psycho-Education
Questions and Journaling
Catered, nutritious lunch, coffee, tea and snacks
And more. . . .
