👠 Exotic Heels Course – September 2025 👠4 Sundays in September( 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th) at 11:00–12:30
Step into your power and unleash your inner queen in this sensual Exotic Pole Heels course. For 4 weeks, Aleksandra will drill you through a sensual choreography where the focus isn’t just on the steps—it’s on serving face, snapping arms, flipping hair, pointing those legs, and throwing in a few little tricks (with level-friendly variations and preparation drills, so nobody cries).
Here’s how each 90-minute class will break you in:
💪 30 min – Heels conditioning & technique (you’ll thank me later… maybe)
😏 15 min – Tricks (aka: gravity is optional, excuses are not)
🔥 30 min – Choreo (learn it, love it, live it)
👑 15 min – Solo time + my undivided judgement (feedback, but make it fabulous)
And yes—you’ll be expected to practice outside class to get the most out of the course. Queens don’t wing it.
✨ Bring: heels, kneepads, your cutest outfit & a lipstick. Because in this queendom, attitude in heels is mandatory.
At the end of the course, you’ll have a great opportunity to perform at the Show Night at @the_art_of_motion_Copenhagen studio, which is planned to take place on October 10th. (Participation is, of course, completely up to you.)
Individual private classes can be discussed if you'd like to polish the course choreography or do a solo" ☺️
