1. Exo Tricks, open level
This is truly Malwina's specialty, as she is known for her unique and impressive tricks in heels and beyond. Malwina always has a few level options prepared, so don't worry, you'll definitely find something that suits you.
2. Exo Frame up style
A combination of exo style with frame-up, characterised by high musicality and isolations, creating movements and transitions that form a unique choreography, which will enhance or even surprise within any heels choreographies.
Ms Lizard workshops:
3. Sensual Choreo - feminine and sensual exotic choreography, focused on the slow movement and the technique of effortlessness, always working on the musicality, attitude, and execution improvement.
4. Power Motion - explosive choreography that mixes voluminous, large movement with fast tempo and potent transitions. Perfect to work on the combination of precise technique and musical performance.
Alicia:
5. Alicia will teach you a range of floor sequences and techniques for wearing heels. We will combine these to create a short floor routine.
This workshop is open to all abilities. Knee pads recommended.
6. 60 minute Workshop Alicia will go through a variety of twerk techniques and help you to build a small twerk routine. This fun full body workout is open to all abilities. Knee pads and comfy footwear recommended.
